The success of any project depends directly on the methods and tools that we will use, and thanks to which the implementation of our project will be effective and bring the expected results in a reasonable time and with an optimal cost expenditure. Of course, the only true method of project management does not exist, however, some solutions bring effects earlier than others.

The ideal solution for projects whose concept is shaped during the implementation work is Scrum – a method of running projects in accordance with the Agile philosophy (Agile Manifesto), where the subsequent stages are regularly identified and verified by the team.

The project naturally requires technical support, because the efficient sharing of information, data availability and communication capabilities depends on how quickly we are able to implement subsequent stages, respond to changes and monitor the progress of work. Our tool is a SharePoint – a platform for managing information, organization and team work as well as Microsoft Project, an application supporting the control of the most important project elements and SQL Server Reporting Services as a reporting tool.
